Dr Goldman began his chiropractic education with his pre-chiropractic requirements at the University of Delaware. There his studies emphasized the basic science courses such as chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, along with basic physiology and anatomy courses.
After completing his course of study there, he was accepted at Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Courses included biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, x-ray, diagnosis, philosophy, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the Pennsylvania College Clinic. Dr. Goldman graduated in 1992, went into private practice, and continues to provide wellness care to his community to this day.
Since graduation from chiropractic college, Dr Goldman has received specialized training in whole-body adjusting, physical rehabilitation, core stabilization techniques, and nutrition.  Over the years he has completed courses in chiropractic research, core-stabilization, extremity adjusting, physical rehabilitation, MRI, x-ray, orthotics, myofascial release, nutrition, sports injuries and special care for pregnant women and children.
“I smile when I see hope restored to my patients, and again when I witness amazing healing accomplished the safe and natural way.  It makes my day when I see a patient begin to pursue superior health. I absolutely love to see a patient begin to take responsibility for their own health and for the health of their family.”
Dr. Goldman has been happily married to his wife, Laura and his family has grown to include 4 children: Rachel, Shauna, Gabrielle and Joshua.
When he’s not helping patients at the office he’s either hanging out at home with his wife and kids or running with his two dogs. In his free time, Dr Goldman enjoys reading, running, playing strategy board games, video games, working out and discussing philosophy. He and his family attend a local church, called Calvary Chapel, which is located in Northeast Philadelphia.
“I’m truly blessed and thankful to have the daily opportunity of providing chiropractic care and helping people of all ages achieve better health. It would be an honor and a privilege to provide you natural pain relief and to help your body heal and maintain the health you deserve.”

Dr. Trefnoff is a wellness-based Chiropractor focusing on a holistic approach to health. She grew up in western Pennsylvania, where she was highly involved with athletics and outdoor activities. Her competitive edge in soccer, and her willingness to leave it all on the field, often left her injured, and named the “most likely to be on crutches” of her class. Through every injury she grew to appreciate the health system and decided that she wanted to be a part of it. Dr. Trefnoff graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2013 with a degree in Pre Med Biology, and moved that Summer to Davenport, IA to begin her Chiropractic career. While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic Dr. Trefnoff joined the oldest Chiropractic organization in the world, Sigma Phi Chi, chartered in 1914 by Mable Heath Palmer, D.C. Her Presidency in the organization gave her the unique opportunity to focus on the fundamentals of Chiropractic outside of the classroom, and to teach new generations the Philosophy of Chiropractic. Dr. Trefnoff also spent time out of the classroom studying low force techniques such as Activator, and S.O.T (Sacro Occipital Technique). During Dr. Trefnoff’s clinical rotation, she worked with a wide variety of patients, from newborn babies to the aging older generation. Dr. Trefnoff spent the last trimester of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Portland, Oregon. During this time, she worked with the professional athletes of the Portland Steel, and upon graduation continued to provide care to athletes in Western Pennsylvania. Recently, Dr. Trefnoff has been focusing on family care and is working through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Through their program she obtained certification in the Webster’s Technique with Dr. Jeanne Ohm. When she is not in the office, Dr. Trefnoff and her fiancé enjoy the outdoors with their dog Gambit, hiking, camping, or at the beach. Dr. Trefnoff believes to restore health we must restore the Nervous System, after all it branches out to every cell, tissue, muscle, and organ in our body!
